This sidewalk graffiti that plays with the double meanings of political leaders' names is taken from a comedy routine by Chris Rock. The original joke was, "You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named Bush, Dick, and Colin."

Bush, in addition to being President George W.'s last name, is slang for a woman's private parts. A Dick (as in Vice President Cheney) is a penis. Colin (Secretary of State Colin Powell) is not slang, but it sounds like "colon," part of the intestines.
