Think this person is pissed offoff (angry) about something? It's not because the person they hate spent two hours in the bathroom. A cheapskate is someone who hates to spend money. This small cafe is very popular with Tufts students. But it doesn't have a lot of seating - or at least not enough for this person to sit down. Poor college students often study there for hours without spending much money.
