Like finding a needle in a junkie

This is a play on the expression "It's like finding a needle in a haystack" - something so difficult to find it's nearly impossible. But this is a joke, because a junkie is a drug addict, especially one addicted to heroin. Naturally, needles can be found in junkies pretty easily.
