Rock bottom is the absolute lowest point you can reach. Usually we use it like this: "My husband left me, I've been fired from my job and I just found out I have a week to live. I've hit rock bottom."

You'd think it might be in a basement, but it's not. So why did this bar choose the name? Got me! (I don't know!)
