Big Bust

This ad for the Playstation game NARC appeared in Rides, a magazine featuring expensive cars with many accessories and sexy women with few clothes. A narc is a police narcotics officer who fights drug dealing. In that context, the phrase "A big bust is about to go down" means the officer is about to arrest a dealer with a lot of drugs. However, these words also have other, sexual meanings. A bust is a woman's chest (as prominently displayed in the ad) and to go down on someone means to give them oral sex.
