Shiv and a Haircut

Xzibit, a rapper and host of the popular MTV car makeover series Pimp my Ride, reviews a violent video game based on the film The Chronicles of Riddick. A shiv is a knife or other sharp object used as a weapon. Often this word is used about prison weapons fashioned from items that were originally harmless. However, the headline is a tough-guy play on the old expression shave and a haircut--two bits (twenty-five cents.) This saying also represents the musical sequence that it is sung to.
